Jamie Minor

Jamie R. Minor is an associate attorney at Winkhart, Rambacher & Griffin, focusing in the areas of real estate law, corporate law, estate planning and probate law. Ms. Minor is a graduate of Miami University (cum laude) and the University of Akron School of Law. Ms. Minor practices in all Ohio Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Ms. Minor has experience handling a variety of real estate matters including many commercial transactions. As part of her role, she oversees daily operations and legal matters for Cornerstone Real Estate Title Company, where she was a title agent and escrow manager prior to becoming an attorney.

Ms. Minor is a member of the Stark County Bar Association and serves on the Real Estate Law Committee, Probate Practice Committee and Young Lawyers Committee. She is a graduate of the Leadership Stark County Spotlight Program and enjoys volunteering her time in community service projects. She is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

Ms. Minor is also the founder of a faith-based, non-profit organization focusing on families and children in the city of Canton. She devotes substantial time to this endeavor. She lives in Canton with her husband Chad and two sons.

Michael Kahlenberg

A senior associate attorney at Winkhart, Rambacher & Griffin, Mr. Kahlenberg focuses his practice on corporate and business management, healthcare law, contracts and transactions, and civil litigation. He regularly advises local and regional business, including medical practices, physician groups, consulting firms, and real estate developers. His transaction practice ranges from day-to-day management to mergers and acquisitions. He is a frequent lecturer at local hospitals on a variety of topics including physician employment contract negotiation and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Kahlenberg's litigation practice consists primarily of professional liability defense (medical and legal malpractice), business litigation, and personal injury. In 2016, for the fifth consecutive year, Mr. Kahlenberg was nominated by his peers and selected as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyer's magazine in the area of Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Defense.

Mr. Kahlenberg graduated cum laude from Denison University with a B.S. in Chemistry in 2004. He earned his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law, graduating magna cum laude In 2007. While at Toledo, he served on Law Review as a Note and Comment Editor and was published. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Stark County Bar Association and its Corporate Law Committee, and the American Health Lawyers Association.

Mr. Kahlenberg resides in Green, Ohio with his wife, Lindsay, and their family.

Derrick S. Haines is an associate attorney at Winkhart, Rambacher & Griffin, with a focus in the practice areas of corporate law, commercial and real estate development, and civil litigation. Mr. Haines regularly advises clients on general corporate matters, corporate and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, partner/shareholder matters and a broad range of commercial and real estate development issues.

Mr. Haines graduated from the University of Mount Union earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He earned his Master's in Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the University of Akron. Mr. Haines is a member of the Stark County Bar Association as well as the Ohio State Bar Association.

Mr. Haines resides in North Canton, Ohio. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching high school football.
